a dreamy escape by the Aegean
large rooms clean rooms comfortable sunloungers ample loungers
i found the rooms large and very clean. a nice touch was the soft drinks in the fridge when i arrived, so kind. the pool area had plenty of sun loungers, i always had a place to relax. the sun loungers themselves were super comfy, a treat really.
I found the wifi a bit slow for work calls. It did worked everywhere, but just not the speed i needed.

the food was varied and very good, a real treat. i saw unlimited ice cream and iced coffees, it was so easy to get snacks. the food seemed always hot and freshly served, i saw no empty dishes.

the room was super spacious. i noted the lovely sea views from the window, a perfect start to each day. it was easy to ask for the room to be made up, so convenient after a day at the pool.

the hotel had a game room, it was so fun for everyone. coffee and tea was available until late, a very thoughtful service. i watched entertainment every day, the theatres are great and well-equipped for different performances.

the staff are very kind and helpful. i found the entertainment staff very good, they had such fun programs. i heard guest relations are particularly helpful, always ready with a smile and assisting with any needs.

dirty carpets stained furniture
the staff, i guess, where doing what they could.
Oh, where do i begin? the lift was never cleaned, and the carpets were so dirty. i almost tripped because of some hazard right outside my room. the furniture was stained. It was all pretty bad.

clean room meal variety helpful staff crowded pool limited shuttle loud entertainment
the room was very clean. i found the meals enjoyable with a good variety. the staff was nice and helpful throughout my stay.
The pool area was quite crowded. Finding a spot was a challenge. the beach required a shuttle bus, which ran only once per hour. the entertainment at night was sometimes loud and continued past 11 p.m.
